3.1 Age Requirement. Access to ji55 and participation in any game, bet or promotion is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. ji55 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by, or operated on behalf of, an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited in full without recourse.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that online gaming and sports betting is permitted under the laws applicable to your location, that you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and that accessing ji55 is your sole responsibility under local law. ji55 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
3.3 Registration Process. To register an account with ji55, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and create a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the platform. ji55 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided.
3.4 One Account Per Person. You may hold only one (1) ji55 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices or any other method — is a material breach of these Terms. ji55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein without prior notice.
KYC Verification: ji55 is required by its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all players before processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji55 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ji55 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ji55's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ji55 will investigate all reported cases of suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your ji55 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your designated payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
4.4 Account Closure by ji55. ji55 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably suspects or identifies a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that ji55 deems contrary to its obligations under its gaming licence.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ji55 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before any such fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ji55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited) and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ji55 does not apply conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal; standard charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider remain your responsibility.
5.2 Deposit Conditions. Deposits credited to your ji55 PKR wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of issue. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
6.2 Bonus Abuse. Conduct that ji55 deems to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully to wagering requirement satisfaction, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, account suspension, and may be referred to fraud investigation authorities.
7.1 General. All games and betting markets offered on ji55 are governed by specific game rules communicated within each game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) outcomes on ji55's casino and game show titles are produced by systems certified by independent gaming testing laboratories. The results of all games are final once the round is completed and settled by the platform.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the game result will be determined by the studio's own system logs, which are treated as definitive. Ji55 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions on the player's end.
7.4 Sports Betting. Cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are subject to ji55's betting rules communicated within the sportsbook interface. 7.6 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, data feed failures, pricing errors, or market suspension events. Voided bets are returned to the player's PKR wallet without deduction.
